  • Wired Wednesdays (A-OK/KMT)

  • WEMTA workshops (Conference attendance including workshops preceding the actual conference - W, T, F) (A-OK/KMT)

  • Coursework does not count

  • Attendance at CESA workshops or school district workshops DOES count (A-OK/KMT)

  • Tech Committee Meetings

  • Library Staff/Technology Coordinator Meetings

  • Online BadgerLink Lunch Programs featuring different databases/programs within BadgerLink(may not be convenient to your schedule)

  • Twitter #hashtag - there are numerous groups that "meet" weekly for an hour. You can watch/participate/save discussion...authors, LMS, education - related. I can post a link to #hashtags

  • Attendance at school board meeting if library-related topic is discussed (tech plan, library reports, challenged materials, etc.)

    PRESENTATION SCHEDULED

    Special Agent Eric Szatkowski with the Division of Criminal Investigation, Department of Justice, State of Wisconsin, is going to be at Seymour High School Auditorium on March 20, 2012, 6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. to give a presentation to adults/parents regarding Cyber Bullying, Facebook /My Space Issues, Internet Predators, etc.
    This is at no cost. There will be day care provided at Seymour High School by the Family and Consumer Education class.
    The event is sponsored by ATODA, Seymour Library, Seymour Rescue, and Community Family Resource Center.
